The terms for using this website and working with ADNOVASOL.
These terms govern your use of adnovasol.com and set out the general conditions that apply when ADNOVASOL provides services. A written proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

adnovasol.com is operated by ADNOVASOL ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@adnovasol.com.
Part A: Using this website
2. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that affects its performance, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful material.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, video, code and the ADNOVASOL name and logo, belongs to ADNOVASOL or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Websites and stores shown as project examples remain the property of the businesses concerned. Third-party names and logos, such as WordPress, Shopify or Google, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the technologies we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
5. Information on this website
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our services and is not professional advice. Nothing on the website is a binding offer. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in a written proposal or agreement.
6. Links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Part B: Our services
8. Proposals and agreements
Each project begins with a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. Work starts once the proposal has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect cost and timeline.
9. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits and payment terms are set out in each proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received. Advertising spend, software licences, hosting, domains, plugins, apps and other third-party costs are paid by the client directly to the provider unless agreed otherwise, and are not included in our fees.
10. Your responsibilities
To keep a project on schedule, clients agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access to accounts and systems within reasonable timeframes, and to make sure that material they supply (such as text, images, logos and data) does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in these items may move the timeline.
11. Ownership of work
Once all fees for a project have been paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client, unless the proposal states otherwise. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock media and platform features remain subject to their own licences. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant the client a licence to use any of them included in the deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
12. Results
We commit to carrying out our work with professional skill and care. Search rankings, advertising performance, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition and market conditions, so we do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
13. Third-party platforms
Many projects rely on platforms operated by others, such as WordPress, Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, payment providers and hosting companies. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account decisions or fees, but we will help you respond to changes that affect your project.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project and to use it only for the purposes of the project. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement where needed.
15. Cancellation
Either party may end a project or ongoing service on written notice as set out in the proposal or agreement. Work completed up to the date of cancellation, and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, remain payable. Any refund of amounts paid in advance is handled as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Part C: General
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where ADNOVASOL is established, unless a written agreement for a project specifies another governing law and jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
