How ADNOVASOL collects, uses and protects personal information.
This policy explains what personal information ADNOVASOL collects through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Who we are
This website, adnovasol.com, is operated by ADNOVASOL ("ADNOVASOL", "we", "us", "our"), a digital agency providing web development, ecommerce, custom software, marketing, content and automation services to businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and other international markets. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@adnovasol.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the project enquiry form we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, website address, the services you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline and your message, together with your confirmation that we may contact you. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting servers record basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the website running. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this website. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this policy.
Information about clients
If you become a client, we also hold the contact, billing and project information needed to deliver and invoice the work agreed with you.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry, understand your needs and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, manage and support the services you engage us for, and to communicate with you about them.
- To send invoices, keep financial records and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To protect the website, our systems and our clients against misuse, fraud and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, when you submit the enquiry form and tick the consent box); our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, running and securing our website and developing our business; the performance of a contract with you or steps you ask us to take before entering one; and legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that has already taken place.
5. Sharing information
We share personal information only where necessary, with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, email services and software we use to manage projects and invoices. They may only use the information to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and legal advisers, where needed.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
- A successor business, if ADNOVASOL is ever reorganised, merged or sold, under the same protections described here.
6. International transfers
We work with clients and service providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure it remains protected, for example by using providers covered by adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, so we have the context if you contact us again, and then deleted. Client and project records are kept for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, typically up to seven years. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; ask us to delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may also have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@adnovasol.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to systems and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a security issue arises.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Other websites
Our website may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
